The Sapphire measures about 7mm x 5mm and the pearl is 2mm. Charms sit on either a rose-pink or coral-red cord, measuring 16 or 18 inches. The nylon cord is waterproof and very durable, so you never have to take it off. The clasp is solid 14k gold.
